- 1 good quality tea bag of your choice
- 1 cup of boiling hot water
- 1 cup Alpro Almond milk alternative
- 1 tsp honey
- butter
- 1 slice of brown bread

Steep the tea bag in the hot water until the desired strength is achieved and remove the tea bag
Heat the Alpro Almond milk alternative and add to the tea along with a tsp of honey. Pour into a flask
Toast the brown bread and spread with butter and honey
