We use your information to provide and improve the MyDish service, personalise your experience, communicate with you about your account, and ensure the security of our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. These are essential for the functioning of the site.

4. Data Sharing

Your public profile information and published recipes are visible to all visitors. Private messages are only visible to the sender and recipient. We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share anonymised or aggregated data with trusted third parties where it is commercially relevant, such as advertising partners, analytics providers, or sponsors. We may also share data as required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your profile settings. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account entirely.

When account deletion is requested, your personal data (name, email address, profile information) is removed from our systems. However, recipes and related content you have submitted are de-associated (anonymised) rather than deleted, in accordance with the perpetual licence granted under Section 4 of our Terms of Service. This means the content may be retained and used by MyDish per that licence, but it will no longer be linked to your personal identity.

6. Content Removal Requests

If you believe content on MyDish infringes your intellectual property, violates your privacy, or is defamatory, you may submit a content removal request via our Content Removal Request form.
