All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. MyDish reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether content is removed, modified, or retained following review. Requests that are vague, unsubstantiated, or do not meet the criteria below may be declined. Please refer to Section 16 of our Terms of Service for full details.
When to Use This Form
Use this form if you believe content on MyDish infringes your intellectual property rights, violates your privacy, or is defamatory. We take all requests seriously and aim to review and respond within 10 business days.
What Qualifies
- Copyright Infringement — Content that uses your original work (recipes, photographs, text) without permission.
- Privacy Violation — Content that exposes your personal information without consent.
- Defamation — Content that contains false statements damaging to your reputation.
- Other — Any other legitimate reason for content removal.
