1 tsp mango powder called amchur

1-In a large bowl add the potatoes, and all other ingredient expect the oil. and mix well.
2- Next with the mixture make small hamburger sized patties.
3- In a non-stick frying pan, add the patties and fry until golden brown on both sides.
