Description

Bangin Aloo Chaat, is my version of a great traditional punjabi recipe which is eaten as a fresh summer snack or appetizer.

Method

Dice the onion & potato and chop up the chilli and mint. Start with a large serving tray and break up the tortilla chips on the tray into small pieces (but not too small around 1 inch square max). Then add on top the chick peas, diced onion and diced potato. Sprinkle over the chilli and mint.
Then spoon over the yogurt and add the Bangin Bhangra Sauce on top of this, season with chilli powder.

You are done... nice and simple, yet very tasty!
