Cumberland Sausage Casserole

I made this recipe up when I was trying to create a new dish whilst my wife was in bed after working a night shift.

   Using large frying pan and little olive oil.
   Seal and brown sausage curled around pan.
   Empty contents of tomatoes and baked beans into centre of sausage ring.
   Add mushrooms and or sliced onions.
   Bring to boil, cover and simmer approx. 45mins to 1hr until sausage is cooked and sauce is thickened.
   Eat whilst hot with crusty bread.
   Can be frozen if serving for 2 and half left over.
