Description

A lovely sausage casserole, great for those who love mashed potato and baked beans!

Method

Smother the sausages in the mustard and cook the sausages separately till half done.

Then chop the onion into large chunks, finely dice the pepper, cut the tomatoes into chunks and add all the ingredients together with the sausages which should be cut into 4 chunks per sausage, stir well to mix everything with the baked beans.

Cook in the oven at temperature 180 for 45 minutes, but check the casserole every 15 minutes and stir.
