- 2-15oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium red bell pepper,diced
- 2 large carrot diced
- 1 medium sweet onion diced
- 3 ribs celery sliced
- 12oz. pgk. V@V SUPREMO®QUESO FRESCO cheese, diced
- ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup V&V SUPREMO® CREMA CHIHUAHUA® sour cream
- 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. salt

1.Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
2.In small bowl,whisk together lime and salt until salt is dissolved. Whisk in sour cream.
3.Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
(Note:This dressing can be adjusted with more sour cream for other salad applications,according to taste.)
