Ingredients
- 1 large packet cherry jelly
- 1 can Coca-Cola
- 1 tin cherries
- 125g punnet blueberries

I love jelly. Let me say that again: I really love jelly!

1. Drain juice from tin of cherries, add blueberries to the juice then add
enough water to make up 500ml of liquid.
2. Bring this to the boil and
dissolve jelly in the hot berry liquid. Wait for the jelly to cool then
add Coca-Cola and cherries.
3. Pour mixture into mould and chill until set

I love jelly. Let me say that again: I really love jelly!
Coca-Cola is such a brilliant addition to this recipe
and fills your mouth with flavour. Be careful though:
it’s very more-ish!
