Fabulous example of the grape variety, honeyed lime notes dominate. A pure and delicate bouquet of ripe citrus-lime and blossom aromas. Beautifully balanced with intense flavours, lovely juicy length and a zesty lime finish. Great on it's own or with light fresh food. Buy this wine if you like: Expressive white wines with distinctive character.

Description

A King prawn with red/green bell pepper masala with a plash of coconut milk. Its simple, healthy, and absolutely authentic & delicious.

Method

  1. 1

Raja Jingla in coconut milk, (King Prawns) Soften thinly sliced red & green bell peppers together with Bipin's Surti Masala (this is a unique authentic blend of pure fresh herbs and ground spices, no additives, no preservatives, no colourings, dairy free, gluten free and suitable for vegetarians/vegan, more info at www.bipins.co.uk) in a little vegetable oil, on low heat, in a covered pan to retain the moisture. Mix ~ 600g of king prawns, warm though for 4-5 and fold in 2-3 tablespoons of coconut milk or single cream. Rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with a little rice and green leaf salad.

Chef's Tips

..best to cook on low heat in covered deep frying pan. and you can substitute single cream for coconut milk. Or don't add anything as there will be lots of juices released. Best use raw tiger prawns and don't cook for too long, stop once they've turned pink otherwise they become rubbery. ..if you use pre cooked prawns then just warm them through.
