Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Finely chop the prawns and chilli, and mix together. Add a few generous squeezes of lemon juice to the mixture and season well with salt and pepper.
Then mould the prawn mixture in to four individual patties, and dip both sides in breadcrumbs.
The prawn burgers do tend to fall apart a little at this stage, you can add an egg to help knit them together if you wish, but I prefer them without. A bit of handywork with a spatular should sort out any problems!
Get the olive oil nice and hot in a frying pan, and shallow fry the burgers. About five minutes on each side should be plenty of time.
Serve hot, on a fresh, soft white bap, with some crunchy salad and a large dollop of lemon mayo.
