Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

My sticky pork chops are delicious, and the best thing is that they can be prepared in advance.

Method

  1. 1

Preheat the grill ready for the pork. Stir together the English mustard and honey, and add enough apple juice to loosen. Brush this mixture on to the chops on both sides.

Grill the chops, basting occasionally with the excess glaze until cooked through. They should take approximately 20 minutes, depending on the size of your chops. Turn halfway through cooking.
Serve with the red onion couscous and roasted butternut and red peppers.

Chef's Tips

Marinate them earlier in the day and leave them in the fridge to soak up all those flavours. The honey is a key ingredient, so make sure you buy the runny variety.

help the American.... Is your term "English Mustard" a stone ground ,or more like Coleman's? I have both, but to me, they are both English ,because they are both from England .
