- 200g Flour (self raising)
- 50g butter or margarine
- one or 2 tubs sour cream
- 100-150mls slightly gone off milk
- one tea-spoon bicarbonate of soda
- 5 slices of small bacon

mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
BUT
dont make the ingrediens runny we want it to be nice and thick as long as there is no loose flour it should be fine.
place the ingredients in the paper cases and equily and pop in oven on full heat for 10mins
check the muffins after ten(10)mins to see if cooked to check if cooked you will need to stick a cocktail if not cooked put in for extra 10 mins
ive made them before a profetional taght me how to make them i know it might sound grose but you cant judge a book by its cover as i always say they are a lush recipe and are good for breakfust the sound of the ingredients may not sound yummy but the tase surely does ENJOY FOR ALL THE FAMILY
