Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
I've made plain soda bread for years and this was very much an experiment. But it worked and now I never buy wholemeal/seedy bread but knock this up every time.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or equivalent.
Whisk the eggs into the milk. Add the yoghurt and whisk again until blended.
Put ALL the dry ingredients, including the seed mix, into a LARGE mixing bowl. Stir in the milk solution. Add the oil and stir well. This makes a very loose consistency and so needs to be poured, or spooned, into two very well greased 1 lb loaf tins. Sprinkle over some more seed mix.
Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 45 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
You can halve the mix. I make 2 loaves as it freezes well.
The Omega 3 mix I buy from the local Health Food Store, but you can make your own from pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and golden linseeds in whatever ratio you fancy.
