Chicken dippers, baked beans pasta and cheese, made this for my kids called it the cowboy special good way to get protein and good carbs into them

Cook dippers as per instructions
cook Pasta in boiling water for 12 mins
heat up the baked bean
chop the dippers into bite size bits, and gently mix pasta, beans and chicken together, sprinkle with cheese of your choice.
