Fry the Onion & Garlic in a little oil until soft.
Add the mince and brown
Add the courgette & Mushrooms and fry until browned.
Add the Tinned tomatoes & Beef stock and bring to the boil. Top up with a little warm water if necessary to cover the mince
Add the seasoning and simmer over a low heat for 1 hour or until the liquid is absorbed.
Serve withcooked spaghetti.
