1. Cream the sugar and fat.
2. Work in remaining ingredients.Shape into a roll,wrap in greaseproof paper.
Chill.
3. Cut off 1/4 slices,as You need them.
4. Bake at Gas Mark 5/375F/190C for 10-12 minutes.
The mixture will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
