- 1 400g tin Plum Tomatoes. drained and chopped
- 1 onion. finely chopped
- ½ tsp celery salt
- salt and pepper
- mashed potatoes

Fry onions until tender.
Mash corned beef with a fork, add tomatoes onions and seasonings.
Put into casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes,
cook at 190o for 30 mins.
