Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
My wife gave me the original idea for this recipe, but swears blind that she's no recollection of it now. Seems to work, though, despite this inauspicious start...
Method
-
1
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until tender, drain and roughly crush with a potato masher.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the salad onions for 1 minute. Add corned beef and crushed potatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Season to taste and stir in the parsley.
Chef's Tips
Serve with veg of choice.
Don't worry that the corned beef and onions disintegrate into a savoury sludge. They're supposed to.
