Prepare all the ingredients. If you want you can add brown sauce to the omelette base. Fry the bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes until the bacon is cooked, the mushrooms are slightly browned and the tomatoes are slightly soft. Now you add the omelette base... Serve the omelette on a warm plate and keep warm while you fry the bread in oil on both sides till brown. Serve with orange juice.
