Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

I serve hot apple cider in little blue Moroccan tea glasses as a greeting cup when guests arrive in the winter.

Method

  1. 1

Combine the above ingredients in a pot. Heat slowly to the boiling point over a low heat. Let simmer for 10 minutes so the cider absorbs the spicy flavours. Serve in small mugs or tea-glasses.

All cider in the UK is made with apples unless it states otherwise. Pear cider (perry) is gaining in popularity these days but will always say pear on the label. Kopperberg brand do some interesting ciders with an apple base and other fruits such as winter berries which would work really well with this recipe

But where on earth can you find real apple cider at in the UK? I've looked everywhere....boo hoo!

I do love hot apple cider, though...or cold apple cider for that matter!
