Description

Love this recipe so tasty! serve it with pasta and homemade tomato sauce.

Method

  1. 1

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree C.

    2. Slice the chicken breast lengthways so that you can add the filling into the middle of the chicken breast. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

    3. Open up the breast and lay in the middle slices of mozzarella , halved tomatoes and some torn basil leaves.

    4. Fold the chicken breast back together and wrap with Palma Ham. Put on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Tastes great and so easy but found the mix of parma ham and mozzarella a bit salty so would probably use a different cheese next time, may have to try the roule

Really really easy to make & everyone really enjoyed them, they looked really good & tasted excellent. Only thing I'd say is I did thin slices of the Mozarella & it practically disapeared so next time I'll just cut it into 4 pieces & leave it like that.
