Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
I had 20 minutes to make dinner and this was the filling and quite healthy result. I used salt and vinegar peanuts, mild tomato salsa and lemon and coriander houmous.

Boil water quickly by pouring 1-2 inches into a saucepan, turning up the heat. When it boils, add half a kettle of boiling water. Add spaghetti and set a timer for 10-12 minutes, depending whether you like spaghetti al dente or soft.
Now prepare the vegetables. Peel, top and tail carrots and cut once widthways and into quarters lengthways: same for celery. Cut cucumber portion into eighths lengthways. Deseed peppers and slice into long chunks. Arrange on a serving dish with the peanuts in the centre, and serve however much dip you need on the side in small, clean bowls.
Spoon pesto and creme fraiche into a pan and heat through gently. When the pasta boils, drain, return to the pan and stir through the pesto sauce. Serve on plates or in bowls, with the crudites in the middle of the table.
