Mix all the ingredients in a food processor (except chicken & yogurt)
Heat some olive oil in a pan, when hot, add the chicken pieces and stir until the chicken is light golden colour. Add the coriander mix and yogurt. Mix well, cover and cook until the chicken is done. Best with rice or naan bread
