- 150g Unsalted butter
- 75g Cocoa powder
- 4 Eggs
- Vanilla Splash
- 300g Light Muscovado Sugar
- 150g Plain flour
- 1 Tsp Bicarbonate of soda

Melt butter and sugar in a pan. Add flour, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa. Blend the ingredients together and then add the eggs and vanilla. (Eggs should be lightly whisked with the vanilla first). Mix together and add the Yorkie bars. (The Yorkies should be chopped roughly first). Put the batter into a baking tray and cook in a pre heated oven t 190C for 20 mins.
