Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

A fantastic, dense ginger loaf.

Method

  1. 1

Put sugar, milk, golden syrup, butter, baking soda into a pot and bring to the boil.

This mixture will foam when it boils (it's meant to)

Quickly stir in other ingredients and tip the mixture into a loaf tin.

Bake in a loaf tin in a moderate oven 1hr or thereabouts.

    Let it cool and eat...

Tips: when using golden syrup heat the measuring cup so it pours out easily

If you like it with a kick add more ginger

    This loaf stores well

Baking soda is the leavening agent. so plain flour is fine

thank you, sorry to be a pain but as you've not used baking powder is the flour self raising?
