Description

My boyfriend is a master chef and this is one of his finest :)

Method

  1. 1

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6.
Roll out the pastry to be 9 x 12in oblong.
    Score the pastry.
Cut the courgettes finely and fry in oil for 2 minutes - then add oregano and fry for a further minute.
Then simply layer the brie, tomatoe and courgettes onto the pastry so they appear as stripes.
Drizzle over the juice from frying and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with a good helping of basil to top.
    Enjoy :)
