A perfect autumn treat and definitely a childhood favourite of mine. Serves 4-6, depending on how greedy you're feeling.

This is a nice warming soup for a cold winter's day. This recipe makes enough for 2 small starters, or 1 hungry person.

You can leave out the chicken and replace it with extra vegetables to turn this into a delicious veggie lasagne
