Ingredients
- ½ lb dried apricot
- 1 can frozen orange concentrate
- ¼ pt. whipping cream
- 3 egg whites
- apricot brandy
- or orange liquer

Soak apricots overnight in orange, then simmer until soft (add some water). Sieve and flavour with apricot brandy and sugar to taste. Whip cream and fold in. Whip egg whites and fold in. Put in dish
