1.Add everything EXCEPT the orange juice and vanilla essence.
2.Blend these in a good sturdy blender.
3.Then add the other 2 ingredients, and blend once more.
4.Filter if you do not like bits in your smoothie. (THIS STEP CAN BE LEFT OUT!)
5.Pour in glasses and enjoy your Tropical bliss!
