Ingredients

1 Packet of fresh pasta twirls
½ Jar of green pesto
1 Mozzarella ball
1 Bunch of basil
1 Packet of pine nuts
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
2 Large sheets of foil
2 handfuls Grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Accompaniment

Method

1. Tear off two big pieces of foil and place one lengthways and one the opposite way across a baking tray.
2. Place some of the fresh pasta in the middle of the foil.
3. Place half of the tomatoes and mix with the pasta. Add pine nuts, dot mozzarella and small amounts of pesto over the tomatoey pasta and sprinkle some dried herbs, fresh basil and some olive oil.
4. Repeat step 3.
5. If you wish you can add grated cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bring pieces of foil together to form foil parcel over pasta.
7. Place in preheated medium oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Check half way through cooking and stir.
