1. Break eggs into a bowl, add milk and seasoning and whisk for 10 secs
2. Pop the bread into the toaster
3. Put the butter into a cold saucepan, add the egg mix and stir continuously with a wooden spoon over a low heat until mix looks scrambled, but still soft and creamy
4. Check seasoning and serve on buttered toast.
