Description
These light and zesty prawns wrapped in superbly thin wonton wrappers are just the perfect starter. Paired with a sweet-and-spicy mango dipping sauce, they're perfect for showcasing fresh Australian seafood while being dairy-free and utterly delicious.
Method
-
1
Preheat the oven to 200Β°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
-
2
In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined prawns, lime juice, chopped coriander, and chopped green chili.
-
3
Place a teaspoon of the prawn mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper, brush the edges with water, and fold to seal the wonton, creating either a triangle or a pouch. Ensure it's tightly sealed to prevent leaking.
-
4
Arrange the wontons evenly on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until they turn golden and crispy.
-
5
While the wontons bake, prepare the mango dipping sauce by blending the diced mango, lime juice, agave nectar, and a pinch of cayenne until smooth.
-
6
Serve the crispy prawn wontons warm with the mango dipping sauce on the side.
