2 tbsp vegetable oil
300g sirloin or rump of beef, thinly sliced

Method

1) Heat the oil in a pan, add the beef and fry for 2-3 minutes
2) Add the peppers and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes
3) Add the noodles and 1 jar of Sharwood’s Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce
4) Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes until the noodles are heated through
5) Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped spring onions and serve immediately
