Description

Purée cucumber and honeydew in a blender until smooth. Strain and chill. Pour into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cucumber peel.
Chef's Tips
Shake the cucumber-honeydew mixture with 1 1/2 ounces Junmai Ginjo sake.
