- 1/3 iceberg lettuce
- 240g smoked chicken breast- sliced
- ¼ oak leaf lettuce
- ½ orange- peeled and segmented
- ½ punnet of cherry tomatoes. halved
- ¼ cucumber. diced
- 70ml olive oil
- 35ml white wine vinegar
- pinch of salt
- pinch of ground black pepper

1.Using a mixing bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce, oak leaf lettuce, chicken, halved cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber together.
2.Whisk together olive oil and white wine vinegar with salt and pepper.
3.To serve, drizzle the dressing onto the salad.
