Really tasting addition to any barbecue

Method

Step 1 Boil the corn in a pan of boiling water for 6-10 minutes with a little salt.

Step 2. Melt the butter and stir in the chilli , garlic and seasoning and then pour into a jug.

Step 3. When your bbq meat is nearly ready to serve cut the cooked sweet corn in half and put the sweet corn halves onto the barbecue. Brush with the butter mixture and turn and cook till browned and crunchy on top.
