Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

After many attempts at jackets I think I've found the perfect way to do jackets. Serves two to four people depending on how many potatoes you give each person.

Method

  1. 1

First of all, scrub your potatoes, no one wants gritty, dirty jackets. Remove any eyes in the potatoes too, you won't want to eat these either.

Stab each potato all over otherwise you'll have a big mess to clean up after they explode.

Place in the microwave on a sheet of kitchen towel. Cook full blast for 10 minutes, stab them again, turn them over and blast for another 10 minutes.

Next grab some kitchen foil and place one potato in the center, dribbler 1tbsp of oil onto the potato them loosely wrap up. Repeat for the remaining three potatoes so you have four foil parcels.

Place on a baking tray and cook for 10-20 minutes.

Add Butter, Cheese and Baked Beans as desired or use your own preferred topping.

Chef's Tips

Pour the oil into a dish then spoon it onto the potatoes, this will save any unnecessary mess.

Take the potato out of the foil before placing on a plate otherwise your jacket will be sitting in a pool of oil.
