This recipe was given to me by Derek one of my golfing pals. It is absolutely delicious, quick and easy to make and loved by everyone

Grease an ovenproof dish
Make slits in breasts and put garlic in
Put layer of sliced potatoes in bottom of dish
Put layers of chicken, garlic and cream, coriander and thyme on top, if making recipe for more than 4 add more breasts and put another layer of potatoes
Finish off with layer of grated cheese
Chef's Tips
Recipt may be adapted for lower fat by using creme fraiche and low fat cheese.
Receipt may also be made for more than 4 people, just use bigger dish and more potatoes make sure you have at least 2 layers of potatoes and chicken
