- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup Butter
- 3 lg. mashed Bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 T. milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Cream sugar,butter, and mashed bananas. Add eggs and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture. Add the milk and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
