This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

A girl in my class brought the most wonderful, tasty and moist banana bread to school . It was so delicious, I had to get the recipe and now would like to share it with you all!

Method

  1. 1

    Pre-heat the over to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F/gas 4).
    Grease and line a 22 x 11 x 7 cm (8 1/2 x 4 1/14 x 2 3/4") loaf tin.
Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy.
Add the egg and continue to beat until smooth.
Add the mashed bananas, yogurt and vanilla essence.

Sift together the flour, bicarb of soda, cinnamon and salt.
Beat this mixture gradually into the banana mixture.
    Finally, stir in the raisins.

Bake for at least one hour and enjoy!

Apologies for my comment. My mistake completely as I put in 1 kilo of mashed banana instead of 1 litre. Can't wait to make again this week-end.Sorry Sandydl (it was 4.30 this morning when I couldn't sleep.tootsie
