- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 4 Chicken breasts, diced
- 1 litre Pepsi Max
- 500g Passata
- 1 Tbsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & Pepper

Spray large saucepan with frylight, heat and gently fry onion for 3/4 mins until soft.
Add chicken and seal.
Add Pepsi Max, Passata, chinese 5 spice, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for approximately one hour until sauce is thickened and slightly reduced.
