One of the dishes that my mum cooks which I absolutely love. Always reminds me of home.

1. Spread chicken pieces out in shallow dish.
2. Combine mustard, beaten egg and yoghurt and spread over chicken.
3. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Cover with foil and bake in a hot oven, 220degrees for 30 minutes.
5. Remove foil and cook for a further 15 minutes or until browned.
