Ingredients
- 2 bottles red wine, plonk
- 2pints water
- about 16 cloves
- 2 Cinamon Sticks
- 4 lemons
- 2 oranges

Description
This has to be drunk at Christmas preferably shared with Carol singers and served with mince pies.
Method

Put wine and water in a large pan and add the zest of lemons and oranges.
Simmer for 2 hours and then add juice of lemons and oranges.
Add sugar to taste.
(I also add a good slurp of ginger wine to give a bit of pep.)
