Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

I love currys and anything spicy and this was made for me by a very old friend of mine who is a fantastic cook.

Method

  1. 1

Fry the chopped onion in the cooking spray until soft, then add the chilli. Chop the chicken breasts into bite size peices and add to the pan and add the lemon juice. When the Chicken is cooked put to one side and season with the salt and black pepper, but leave some of the onion in the pan and add another spray of the oil to stop the pan from burning. Add the tomato puree, mango chutney and curry powder until thoroughly mixed together, make sure the heat isn't up too high at this point. Turn off the heat. In a separate bowl pour in the mayo and one of the cartons of natural yogurt. Add the curry mixture and stir well. Add in the chicken until it is thoroughly coated with the mixture. Add a bit more yogurt if the mixture is too hot to taste. Serve cold with salad and rice. Garnish the dish with leaves of coriander.
