Just because it is Low fat does not mean it is low in taste - this is a yummy, creamy chocolate dessert - give it a go!

Break all the chocolate into squares and put into large bowl with the chopped marshmallows.
Heat the creme fraiche and milk in a pan slowly to just below boiling point. Pour this over the chocolate and marshmallows, mix well until everything has melted and pour into 6 ramekins.
Leave to cool and put in the fridge until set.
