Easy peasy Jaffa cakes ready for spooky halloween!

Make jelly and chill and keep in the fridge.
Preheat oven 180°c
Get a cupcake baking tray at the ready, no need to grease or use paper cases.
Whisk sugar and eggs for a few minutes until pale in colour and fluffy.
Sieve in the plain flour and stir.
Divide mixture in tray and let them bake for 10 minutes. They should not rise or go too brown, they should still be pale in colour.
Remove from baking tray and let them cool.
Brush top of sponges with marmalade.
Using a cookie cutter similar diameter to the sponges make little discs from the jelly and place on top of the marmalade.
Melt chocolate and pour on cakes.
