A good measure of Vic's Tzatziki
1 Finely chopped red onion
1 clove garlic- peeled and finely chopped
Seasoning and herbs
4 Pitta breads / wraps
Salad leaves
Olive oil

Method

1. Put the pork, red onion, apple, garlic and seasoning in a bowl. Mash the ingredients together and add a glug of olive oil.

2. Shape the mixture into patties and grill until cooked.

3. Toast the pittas and spread with tzatziki and salad and season.

4. Place the pork on the pittas and wrap them in tin foil.
