1. Set the oven to hot,Gas Mark 6/400F/200C.
2. Rollout the almond paste on a working surface sprinkled with icing sugar.Cut into rounds 1/4 in thick.
Re-roll trimmings and cut more rounds.
3. Place on oiled baking sheets and,allowing space between,bake above the centre of the oven for 5 minutes.
4. Cool on the sheets.
Serve with creamy sweets.
