- 1 kg chicken piecies
- 1 pack dry onion soup mix
- 1 can Heinz Chicken Soup
- 300 ml water
- 1 can sliced mushrooms. drained
- 2-3 pepper. sliced
- to taste salt and pepper

Delicious chicken casserole with rice.

1. Place rice in a large greased flat casserole dish. Arrange chicken pieces on top.
2. In a saucepan mix onion soup mix, chicken soup, water and mushrooms. Heat, and pour over chicken.
3. Top with paprika, salt and pepper.
4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove lid for the last 15 minutes to brown
